Experiences allow individuals to sample various new models on their journey. Communities enable individuals to implement those models for themselves with a group of supportive individuals. Unlike in H3, where $ is exchanged, journey capital is exchanged in communities. Scenes comprise a critical mass of experiences and communities.

To stand up H4 in a city, its unique meaning must be uncovered and the experiences, communities and scenes built around its unique meaning.
